Pumpkin pie with smoked honey

Products (for 10 persons):


500 g Bulgarian banitsa phyllo sheets

500 g raw pumpkin

2 table spoons Chili Hills Smoked Chilli Honey

3 table spoons brown sugar

2 tea spoons cinnamon

200 g walnuts

100 oil




Pumpkin is grated with large grater and mixed with the honey, walnuts, cinnamon and sugar.

Put two sheets one above other and add oil, on the top put the mixture with the pumpkin.

Roll and place in a round tray.

Add a little bit of brown sugar and oil before baking.

Bake for 40 minutes in preheated oven on 180 C.
